		<description>If you are going to be sedated before the procedure or have IV sedation or any general anesthetic, you will not be able to drive home by yourself.  If you will just be numbed up they you can probably drive home by yourself as the anesthetic will still be working for a couple more hours.  As far as coming to work the next day, I would recommend taking the day off and relaxing.  If you absolutely have to be at work you can give it a go but you will not be at %100 especially if you have to take some stronger pain pills.  Good luck with the surgery.</description>

		<description>That would depend on the osseous surgery... if it takes place on your femur then probably you won&#039;t be able to walk next day.... but if you&#039;re having dental implants then it&#039;s ok!</description>
